Base transmutation fee (%)

Between 0 and 100. A 100% fee prevents transmutations from producing tokens.

Volume fee coefficient

Between 0 and 1. Controls how strongly recorded trading volume increases the fee.

Volume retained each second

Between 0 and 1. Use 1 for no decay; 0 clears past volume after a second has elapsed.
